The Major Works division represents the most important strategic decision of the last few years. The partnership with
Europ Invest, market leader in the development and promotion of a number of successful large commercial complexes, namely the Company Store and Outlet Villages, has led to the development of two villages in central Italy, Valdichiana and Città Sant'Angelo. There are many other projects where construction is in progress or in draft form waiting for the issue of licenses. These complexes are both in Italy and abroad. La Castelnuovese has the ideal characteristics for the construction of such centres.
