Contest results
International design contest for the recovery of an industrial building formerly used as a briquette factory to be designated as offices and allow the promoting authority to provide services, basing the project on the principles of environmental sustainability and high efficiency energy.
After a careful analysis of the projects presented by the ten candidates who were selected for the competition phase, the Evaluation Committee has awarded the points, as defined in the design contest notice, and has ranked the entries as follows:
The Shareholders and the Board of Directors of the company have given the President the mandate with which to authorise the publication and dissemination of the results, as well as to contact the company RPA srl from Perugia, represented by the engineer Dino Bonadies, the winner of the contest.
The President, Lorenzo Rosi, and the supervisor of the contest, Giampaolo Papini, on behalf of La Castelnuovese, would like to thank all of the candidates for the excellent proposals, and hope to have the opportunity to collaborate professionally in the future.
We would like to remind contestants that the winner of the contest will receive a prize of
30, 000.00 euro (thirty thousand euro), net of legal expenses, as payment for the preliminary design, and that the contestants who have been ranked in second and third place in the Competition Stage will receive the sum of 3,000 euro (three thousand euro) as a refund for expenses, and therefore they are kindly requested to contact the Supervisor of the Contest to arrange payment.
