Work has begun on the third phase of Le Fornaci
Work on the third and final phase of the new residential area of Le Fornaci began last November. The project identifies two residential areas as well as a green sports area, a public park, car parks and roads.
The new residences are limited in number but there are several types, varying from apartments measuring 70 sq.m, two-family houses and independent villas with a surface area of 250 sq.m. Each type of home has the same distinguishing features - independence, large gardens and/or covered porch areas, and optimal use of their sunny exposure…

The Italian Government visited the booth of Europ Invest. The booth of Europ Invest at MAPIC was very crowded during the three day exhibition, with investors, famous companies interested in sales opportunities in the various Outlets, Company Store and Retail Parks currently being promoted and which have already been developed. Among the many faces, we also welcomed an institutional one, that of Michelino Davico, Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Italian Government

Lorenzo Rosi joins the Board of the Centro Affari
A few months ago Lorenzo Rosi joined the Board of Directors of the Conference Centre in Arezzo. The election of Rosi took place during the shareholders' meeting in August, which also approved a reduction in the number of board members from nineteen to just seven. The other members of the new Board of Directors are Roberto Castellucci, Sandro Arcangioli, Vincenzo Ceccarelli, Tulio Marcelli, Giovanni Tricca and Mauro Cornioli. The Conference Centre is destined to become the largest exhibition and trade fair centre between Florence and Arezzo, as its surface area is set to increase from its current 12,000 square metres…
